I’ve been with E3 for a couple months now and hands down one of the best gyms I have been too! The coaches are super helpful, knowledgeable and push you to strive every time. Incredibly supportive environment and people. Membership prices are very cheap for what you are getting out of it. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone, these guys will look after you and make you feel so welcome!

E3 training is the best gym. They truly care about each individual client. Such an encouraging environment, the experience, knowledge and capabilities of the trainers and their ability to facility each individual is second to non. Their facilities are great and the fact they have a chill room where parents can have their kids in a close safe area while they work out makes it so much easier for parents to have a bit of their time whilst also leading by example. Highly recommend to anyone to give E3 a try absolutely love it.

Love the variety of classes offered and the variety within classes. Cilla and her team have created an environment where clients can challenge themselves and they make sure that everyone does so safely by always circulating and checking their technique or giving alternatives for injuries. Everyone is friendly and supportive - I come away from classes smiling and feeling that I've achieved something every time.

I joined E3 at the start of this year and absolutely love it! Cilla and her team are always so supportive and really go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals! They have created such a fun and supportive community and I have managed to exceed my own expectations of what I believed I could achieve because of their support.

Love this gym. Such fun classes and a great workout. Plenty of choice for classes and great instructors. Love the boxing classes!
