Absolutely rude receptionist. At the Hastings Lab 7.45am 2:7/21 however the lady who took my blood test was absolutely fantastic

The relatively new booking system worked like a treat. I was in and out again, having had my blood taken within FIVE minutes.

I made an appointment for 10am and all I had to do was take a number and sit down, I then overhear someone tell someone it's a half an hour to an hour wait. Noone took my name or anything and I was there 15 minutes and not 1 single person got helped. Absolutely useless.
