I have had the worst ever customer experience in my life. I was in tears after it was that bad. I would give a no star rating. I understand people have bad days but this was completely unacceptable. I have booked in twice for an heatpump fix and maintenance and both times still no shows. The second time I booked in again the woman I spoke to got extremely defensive and yelling at me down the phone saying “listen here lady!” telling me I need to give the correct information. I did the first time time and to not show up a second time says it all right there. I am literally across the road!!! You have fantastic reviews and I was told to come to you by my landlord but I will be going elsewhere. You obviously don’t need the business and my mental health is more important.

Fast and best sevices team. Definitely be back if i want another aircon for the other room.

It's ok, nice staff but more than a little in need of better training. I knew exactly what i wanted and told them up-front I was extremely short on time but they couldn't find the box for the product and continued to stuff around doing an order for delivery which took more than twice as long as it should have. Products arrived ok the following week. I should have just done the order online instead of going to the store.

Bit of a mixed bag. They were really helpful when we needed a remote to test with our heat pump, as we weren't sure if the remote was faulty, or the receiver on the heat pump.When we discovered it must have been the receiver on the heat pump, I asked for them to come and do two quote, one for repair and one for replacement. I got the replacement quote, but had to follow up a week later for the repair quote.I got a repair quote the next day, I replied asking if it included installation but never heard back, even after following up a few days later.Overall a bit disappointed in the communication.

Had an issue with a product I bought off them that was under warranty. It was resolved surprisingly fast and I was very happy with the service I received.

I was impressed with this company from the initial consultation on the phone to discuss my needs. It was clear from the in-person visit by Jason that he knew his stuff. My wife and I are were passing through Christchurch driving home to Tauranga, when I thought I had a issue with my left front wheel. Called up these guys who gladly took me in as soon as I called to make sure we would be safe driving home. If I was a Christchurch local these guys would be my go to. Super happy that they took the time to ensure my ute was good to go and more importantly that we were safe for our drive back as it shows they care about people!
