The installers did a great tidy job. I think the best person part of this was Jagan, she is amazing and an asset to the business, fast prompt and gives you everything in a fast responsive manner. Came to fit the heat pump very quickly. Arrived on time. Polite and friendly. Respectful of my home and offered to vacuum some dust after fitting the unit. Very well priced and efficient. I have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

We researched a lot and chose Prime electrical as it was the one of the best prices for the units we wanted and they were always quick to respond to our enquiries.
