Don't waste your time and money. I ordered goods from NZ/Sale on 7 November 2022. It's six weeks later and my goods have not arrived. I sent a message and an email to the CEO. He never replied. Maybe the goods will never arrive.

Terrible, ordered two pairs of snow goggles and only one arrived. Late, as well as completely smashed up and damaged. They offerred me a 30% refund, and then finally a 50% refund after emails back and forth. They do not care about the customer, and blatantly try to take advantage in the event of a return/refund.

Such a horrible company! I ordered a mattress protector and they sent me a USED one & they expect me to follow a returns process which is a complete waste of my time. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want something second hand or expired. Honestly don't trust them!

I bought a pair of shoes off here and they didnt fit so sent them back. Thought like with most companies you would get a refund if they dont fit but no they want to issue a credit note. I was shocked, and angry. Thankfully they agreed to do a refund but I had to chase them for it and remember it was in process as it took a while to happen, but it did happen. However Im not into these companies that think you can buy something, return it in mint condition and then give you a credit note, its like a theft. So I wont be using this company again.

Last 7 days I am waiting for my order. Not giving the correct answer to the customer. There is no update on Track order link from NZSale. From 14/10/22 as per the NZ sale track order showing that parcel is in Australia only. Not a trustworthy company to buy at all. When I contacted to courier company they said please contact to sender. Both of them are passing the ball only. They don't care about the customers hardwork money.

As with most outlet stores it is hit and miss, but there is a large range of clothing in many different styles. Some prices are really good, and all are lower than original price. What you see is what they have, you do not have the same item in multiple sizes in most cases. Most items of clothing are the only one. So if it fits, and price is right, buy it then.Parking can be an issue when it is busy.

I bought two chairs for my nail business and they didn’t send a wheel from one of the chairs, so I contacted them and let them know and they offered to give me 10% discount one chair as compensation so ofc I didn’t accept it, first cuz they didn’t have any more chair available and second cuz why I would have to buy another chair when it was them who didn’t send it he wheel and their response was that they don’t have wheels available so they going to give me 20% discount in any item! So bad I’m never buying from this website ever again.

The website is so much better than the store. Store staff is very helpful. The collection in the store is not all that great. Parking available outside the outlet.
