Incompetant bank. Came in to open accounts. They cant see me for 11 days it has to be booked and 11 days is their next appointment. Walked into kiwibank they did it immediatly.

Go to activate my account here. Miss vicki is very patient and helped me a lot. Two Chinese staff helped me to translate the detail and helped me to make a bank statement. Thank you all for your help

The Moari lady who works at this branch was terribly rude and should not be there. I made a formal complaint against her, hopefully they teach her how to deal with customers.

When trying to resolve an issue regarding fraudulent transactions. I felt like I was the one to blame for the fact that some random entity had stolen money from my account. I even heard the lady and her manager laugh at me as I decided to exist the situation before it escalated. This being an issue I had explained to them was over a break up with my wife of 8 years and emotionally I am not in a good state of mind because if it.Really unprofessional from the team there. Generally embarrassing and unpleasant.I have been with ASB for 8 years now and I would highly recommend you consider a different bank.

Not only not solve any request but also messed up sovereign account. The internet was terrible too that is so unacceptable for a place like Bank

Saw Assistant Manager for New Cash Card it did last 20+ years Lovely Lady she to has lost a lot of weight looks fantastic But on a separate issue when I got home I called ASB Life have had a Life Policy with them for 30+ Years after speaking to the guy on the phone I asked what happens if me or my wife die I believe ASB will do everything in there power not to pay your Life Insurance Policy the guy definitely gave me that impression definitely u will be assigned a case manager and have to answer a number of questions and then ASB deside if they pay your Policy I said what happens if we are killed driving to our Bach over Christmas someone has to make a claim or we don't pay out R U Serious Unbelievable

Terrible experience with both west city and northwest branches. I have tried on 8 occasions to open up a bank account at both these branches over the past 2 years! ( the only reason why I persist is that all my family’s accounts and our mortgage is with ASB).It seems that only one person in both branches is able to open a bank account! This is something the tellers should be doing. All the tellers can offer are sympathy and solutions that are unsuitable. The staff seem to be inclined to make things more difficult. They are under-trained and it shows in their interactions with customers.Online support is appalling. You need to physically go into the bank to book an appointment to return on another day to open an account. How ridiculous is this!The standard of ASB bank has declined dramatically, partially the Westcity branch, and a huge overall needs to occur to attain the standard that it was in the past.

One word for ‘Jason Watts’.. Exceptional!!Best customer service I’ve ever received.. an absolute delight. He went above and beyond to help resolve a problem with one of my accounts. If anyone is willing to learn about customer service then Jason Watts is your guy. Professional, hard working and very kind who would listen to you and is willing to do anything in his power to help you out.Keep up the good work Jason.. you are the best!!
