For Frozen meals pretty good, beef meals Deff winner, will be re ordering ,wouldn't order the red Thai chicken again texture and flavour a miss , looking forward to trying more of the range.

Its really good, I am a little bit over curries almost very night when on the weight loss plan. But other then that everything taste good and super happy with it, its just the repetitive stuff that can get a bit boring.

I am so delighted with these meals they have helped me tremendously I am the healthiest i have been in a long time i have also kept my weight down i feel fantastic. The only downside maybe if you can incorporate more vegetarian options to choose from . A special mention to Taz for going out of her way to assist me and create a subscription to my needs thanks so much I highly recommend swole foods they definitely worth the money.
