Hi they havent set up a toll account so if you are planning on traveling through one either pay yourself or face a fine and $25 admin fee like I did, bit average these days

If I could allocate 0 stars, I would. Avoid this company if you don't want to be over-charged or patronised. Did a truck journey from the island to North Shore a month ago without incident. Remembered to leave my petrol re-fill receipt in the truck. The second time, I didn't - despite filling up with $30 worth of petrol. Emailed the receipt the next day, when I discovered the company had hit my credit card for an additional $45 of fuel, and $20 re-filling penalty. All this for a journey that was only 100km all up, identical to the previous journey/vehicle/load which had only consumed $21 in petrol.The truck was well under 'full' when we picked it up. Our fault for not photographing the fuel dial. After our driver returned it, with $30 of top-up fuel, the company claimed it had been returned with insufficient fuel.Even at Toyota's worst-case fuel consumption stats for this truck, we could have only used up 10 litres of fuel. We put in 12 litres ourselves, more than enough. The company then topped up with a free-loading 13 litres - an absolute con. Despite lodging a complaint with the Commerce Commission and multiple emails, and correspondence with previous google reviewers who have also noted sharp practice by this outfit, they still say their T&C's allow them to do this. After their extra $45 of fuel went in, the dial was so far past 'full' it was going back on itself - a huge overfill at the client's expense.Beware - photograph everything, challenge everything - best of all, don't rent from these guys unless you want unfair, unethical hassle.
