Bai Pho Traditional Thai Massage & Spa

I had high hopes after reading the reviews. I've been looking for a massage place to go to since moving from kumeu and this one is so nearby to where I live, I decided to give it a go. My booking was last minute so idk if that contributed to the not so great massage but they confirmed it so I figured they didn't mind it. I arrived and the lady wasn't very welcoming. Very much neutral expression and lots of side eyeing. I did the usual get ready in the room and when it was time for the massage didn't really ask where my problem areas were and what pressure to use. She used WAY TOO MUCH oil and was just rubbing it everywhere with no pressure at all. When I told her it was too soft she continued to do the same thing. It was frustrating. My back was the area I wanted the most concentration on and I unfortunately left there with the same knots I went in with. The staff as far as I could see was very unprofessional since all I could hear was laughing when she left to wash her hands. waste of $90. Don't go here.

I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage. First time and definitely will go back. They were very professional, offered me something to drink and then went to a lovely clean room for my message. The lady asked what pressure I wanted and It was exactly what I needed. She asked what areas I would like done. Highly recommend, thank you so much.

Chaiyo took booking and got upset I didn’t want he/she massage me. Made booking. Turned up waited 10-15 and no one knows about it. Then I left. If customers request for other staff please don’t be offended.

Very nice environment. Eni is very awesome, professional, and caring. I felt so lucky to meet her as my therapist. Will come back again for sure! Highly recommend this place!
