Very good customer service and they did very nice work i did gold service and they did very nice work very friendly staff specifically thanks to white girl who's working in reception thanks recommend workshop

Would not recommend.In reply: yes I was there with the Suzuki apv. I have registered a complaint with AA, I called you and your staff hung up. And I replied to your feedback bot and it got ignored. Your customer service is awful and you owe me 15 for the wipers you never changed out. I'm not wasting my time calling you again as all you staff seem to know how to do is hang up. It was the same thing when I made the booking. As I said. Would not recommend.

Convenient location and great that they open on Saturdays and Sundays. The only drawback is that everyone wants to do their business on the weekend as we all work in the week. I stood in the line for 3.5 hours to submit an application form. The staff were helpful and place was clean. I'd recommend going there in the afternoon as the line moves faster towards the end of the day.

WOF. It wasn't a pleasant experience because I couldn't communicate with anybody who spoke good english. So communication was very poor. $1000 worth of work was necessary. A man quickly came and sat next to me (telling me the costs for the work) but his english was poor and his breath really stunk. I took my car to Toyota for repairs. I wouldn't return here, which is a shame, as it's so handy. Communication is vital. It was like I was visiting another country!

Fantastic service. I had to postpone my Service and WOF appointment due to flu. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating. The young lady on reception was welcoming and smiling, very efficient and organized. Nice to great service these days. Thank you everyone at AA Auto Centre New Lynn. See you again!

3 years ago it was 5 stars. You used to be good. After today's encounter it's a 3 and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. You used to ring me every time there's something extra, even if it's just a lightbulb. Not this time. I actually carry spare bulbs in the car and can change those myself. Your time would be better spent looking into what I asked you to look into - the thermostat. I've been driving this car for 6 years, I don't need you to tell me temperature is ok. I bloody know better. You've just dismissed everything I said in the morning and didn't bother calling to clarify. Duh!
