Gracela is such a nice person. I could not sit for an extended period of time, I went for one session with Gracela and it's amazing how much better I feel already. I managed to at my desk the whole day today and I hardly have pain in comparison to how I felt when I booked the session with her.Highly recommend, it's honestly worth it!

I had a great experience at Chiropractic Balance. Dr. Matt and the team were really fantastic and really looked after me. I've been struggling for months with lower back pain and tightness on my neck and shoulders which were turning doing physical activities into a challenge. After a few adjustments I began feeling a lot better, and today I'm able again to practice exercises regularly and in general my health is getting better.

The team at Premier Osteo are fantastic! They are professional, efficient, very caring and friendly! In particular, Caroline Barker- my Osteo and Tonia Peachey my Functional Medicine Practitioner are amazing, so knowledgeable and are so caring. It is the first time that I feel someone has listened, understood and given me a plan of action to improve my health issues. To say that I’m so delighted that I found both Caroline and Tonia is a huge understatement. I highly recommend Sista Trio Retreats. I recently attended the retreat at Taupo and loved every single second of it. My health has greatly improved since, I learned different ways to deal with stress and anxiety, meditation and yoga. The three sisters are amazing people, so helpful, supportive and caring. I loved the way they took part with all our activities, the food was amazing and I have also made new forever friends. ❤️

I did a one day “Rewire your Mind Retreat” with Lana. It was incredible. Even though group sessions can be overwhelming for me at times, Lana made it super comfortable and is such a natural at what she does. I feel empowered, strong, excited and grounded. The exercises and tools in this workshop were powerful. I highly recommend doing a session, workshop or retreat with Lana. It can help in so many ways and can change your life! Thank you Lana, you are amazing!!!
