Great results! Grego provided a great consultation focussing on the goals I wanted to achieve. He then developed a plan with achievable goals and expectations, and I thoroughly enjoy going to the gym and working on my program. I've seen tremendous results and can't thank Get It Sorted enough!

Had my first BIOSCAN late last year....and another earlier this year...was great to see the progress that would otherwise have been almost impossible to see. Has allowed me to know that I'm heading in the right direction even if it sometimes feels that I'm not....certainly better than gauging by my weight!!
