Gracela is such a nice person. I could not sit for an extended period of time, I went for one session with Gracela and it's amazing how much better I feel already. I managed to at my desk the whole day today and I hardly have pain in comparison to how I felt when I booked the session with her.Highly recommend, it's honestly worth it!

I first started seeing Gracela around 18 months ago as I was suffering crippling migraines. Her careful and methodical approach to osteopathy has allowed me to live pain free. If you experience migraines and would like to live pain/painkiller free; see Gracela.

I started treatments with Sam at Grey Lynn Osteopathy after bone and ligament reconstruction surgery that was required due to multiple fractures in my arm and wrist. I had a great deal of pain, very limited movement and minimal strength. I was also very cautious to undo anything from the surgery or cause further trauma (especially on the ligament reconstruction).Sam gained my trust with his thorough knowledge and his gentle manner. My arm and wrist have improved tremendously! He also looks at the body as a whole - which most practitioners don't do. He fixed the significant pain in my shoulder due to being in plaster twice.I've recommended Sam to all my friends and family. Definitely super important to go if you've had any injuries (and he's ACC accredited). I'll keep going for general maintenance and alignment!

I managed to do something painful to my lower back three weeks ago while playing sport. I couldn’t roll over in bed without terrible pain and I struggled to do simple tasks like tie shoelaces or put on trousers. I had to be careful with every movement I made to avoid sharp stabbing pain. After two treatments from Kaspara at Grey Lynn Osteopathy not only is the pain gone but my whole back is feeling much better. I can turn my head and shoulders a lot further when I need to check while driving. My back feels so good that when I’m walking and moving around I feel like dancing. It’s obvious to me when Kaspara is working on my back that she really fundamentally understands what is going on, what areas need working on, and how to go about treating the problems that she finds.

I was referred to Sam Mallinson at Grey Lynn Osteopathy due to a disc injury at the top of my spine/base of my neck, which was impacting joint mobility and causing muscle stiffness. His gentle hands-on techniques which work at a deep level, have reduced all the pain and stiffness and have restored full mobility to my shoulders and neck area and my whole body seems to be functioning much better.Sam's caring approach is warm, understanding and extremely effective and I'm very grateful for his attention and expertise.

After finding a review online I decided to see Gracela at Grey Lynn Osteopathy for whiplash, Gracela was amazing, minor adjustments resulting in a full and quick recovery without having to go back endlessly, I could not recommend highly enough based on this experience.

Due to an acute shoulder injury I had to seek an Osteopath. I was recommended Gracela by a friend. After 4 sessions with her I was able to use my shoulder again. The examination, manipulation, and exercises were fantastic. So, if you find yourself like I was, then I can highly recommend Gracela, as my friend did for me.

I have been regularly seeing Sam at his clinic in Grey Lynn over the previous 2 years. Initially I had a painful right shoulder injury slowly recovering after injury then a steroid injection. Sam helped me get my strength and mobility back and is continuing his work in progress to strengthen my overall shoulder, lower back and neck areas. Sam is very professional, well informed and knowledgeable in his chosen area of Osteopathy.Fully recommend the practice and Sam.
