Has such a great time white water rafting on the shot over river today. All of the staff were friendly, especially our guide will who was very knowledgable of the local area.There were around 10 rapids and we had chance to get our and swim in river.Highly recommend the tour!

Really unique experience that was well worth the trip! The glowworms were abundant and bright causing the top of the cave to look like a starry sky. Our guide, Cat, was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

Having also done rafting only once before in my life, I was bit nervous about the activity. Luckily Rotorua Rafting did and amazing job and took care of everything, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process.We spent about two hours in the river, where we went to some rapids, descended waterfalls, swam in the river... You name it! They even let is go down a waterfall while swimming (no boat), which was a highlight for me.They even took some awesome photos and videos (both from inside the river and from a camera posted on the riverbank) to take home. I would definitely recommend this!

Great experience, with professional guides who know the river well. When the raft flipped, I knew what to do and stayed calm because of the safety briefing beforehand. Was in Hayley's team.

Immaculate vibes from the staff and the river is gorgeous. Had a great time white water rafting. Just note that their only showers are in a roofed outdoor accommodation which adds to the rustic feel.

Definitely an experience of a lifetime. We bundled up in a wet suit and wellies and then scrambled, walked, floated, jumped backwards off two waterfalls, and enjoyed the beautiful glow of the glow worms in the dark water on the black labyrinth experience. It was a workout definitely! Our guides were great at navigating and getting the most clumsy of us (ahem me) through it! Highly recommend!!!

What an awesome experience! We (27F, my mum and my dad) did the Black Labyrinth route. It is a great level of adventure - it is accessible to people with no caving experience etc while still being exciting! It is a fantastic route, filled with walking through stream beds in the cave, drifting along on the rubber rings under glow worms, and 2 backward jumps off small ledges into the next part of the stream (these are avoidable, but they are fun and not too scary!). Of course the glow worms aren't as bright as they appear in the publicity photos, but they are still very impressive, so many of them, looking like stars in the sky.The guides and support available are great. Everything is well explained and organised, and things flowed well and kept moving, which is especially important in the water so you don't get too cold. They even had some hot juice for my mum who got very cold (with the wetsuits provided I wasn't cold, but my hands were a little by the end). Cam and Kellie (not sure if I've spelled those right, sorry!) were our guides and they were wonderful: good fun, helpful, supportive and upbeat - thank you for making our New Year's Day amazing!It's an expensive activity but well worth it, so much more special than just walking through caves!

I have never rafted before and I am not a confident swimmer and felt safe the whole time, the crew can make it as crazy or as clam as you want !Cam was an amazing instructor and made sure we were all ok all the time excellent day will definitely recommend to others

Participated in the Kawarau River jet boat-to-rafting trip on the last day of the rafting season and it was the highlight of my trip! Jet boating is iconic to NZ, alongside rafting, and this experience really was a two for the price of one deal! Even though it was 5 degrees out, the water was super enjoyable with the help of RealNZ provided 5mm thick wetsuits. My guide, Gabe, was fun loving, witty, knowledgeable and extremely attentive. Even on the last day of the season the vibes were good and enthusiastic. Definitely would recommend this product to anyone travelling to New Zealand, especially in the grade 2-3 rapids since they were calm enough to play Gabe’s pioneer raft games not limited to; stand-up-paddle-rafting, vertical rafting and rock jumping. Yet the rapids were definitely still intense enough to be considered a thrilling experience. Photos were also free. Amazing product!

Did the sledging and rafting! The crew was fantastic! From the receptionists to the guides, everyone was lovely! Massive shout out to our first guides Jacky and Hemi for being extremely helpful with anxious customers and total loosers like me! Second guide Kyle was amazing too! And another member of the crew named Caruso was lovely to chat to! I can highly recommend this adventure! Especially the rafting! Thank you so much everyone for this amazing trip! Will return!
