Rotorua Rafting

Having also done rafting only once before in my life, I was bit nervous about the activity. Luckily Rotorua Rafting did and amazing job and took care of everything, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process.We spent about two hours in the river, where we went to some rapids, descended waterfalls, swam in the river... You name it! They even let is go down a waterfall while swimming (no boat), which was a highlight for me.They even took some awesome photos and videos (both from inside the river and from a camera posted on the riverbank) to take home. I would definitely recommend this!

I have never rafted before and I am not a confident swimmer and felt safe the whole time, the crew can make it as crazy or as clam as you want !Cam was an amazing instructor and made sure we were all ok all the time excellent day will definitely recommend to others

We booked the zip line and white water raft combo activity and we are so glad we did! It was pouring rain which we thought night be a bummer, but the scenery was so beautiful and the guides for both tours were so wonderful and knowledgeable about the local culture and area and it was a heck of a lot of fun. Don't let bad weather deter you, we had a great time and basically got a private zip line experience.

Excellent guides with lots of personality gave us a good time. Be ready to see beautiful views and get absolutely soaked. They take photos of your experience so don’t even think about taking your camera.

It was the best rafting trip. It is a most if you like water adventures. The guides were awesome and the photographer did a great job capturing your memories.

AMAZING! This was our favourite activity during our Honeymoon in the North Island of NZ! Our guide Nate was so friendly, really kept us safe and made our day so much fun! We have rafted a few times in different countries but this has been our favourite trip by far! The waterfall is great! And we loved getting into the water at the rapids. We always felt super safe and enjoyed chatting to our guide. Highly recommend!

Great time. We came in on a cruise ship to Tauranga. They met us at the pier and drove us to the river. The drivers, and rafting guides could not have been better. And the experience was unlike anything we have done before. We’ve rafted the New River in West Virginia and this far exceeded that. Would highly recommend Rotorua Rafting!

Amazing experience! Our wonderful guide was Jack, he made it fun and easy. Everyone was lovely and friendly at every step of the way. I was nervous and scared as we hit the water but Jack made us feel comfortable and safe. The waters are crazy but so much fun!! Highly recommend. At every step Jack told us what to expect and what to do to stay safe and have a great time. The scenery was beautiful and the photographer captured great pictures. Bonus - hot outdoor shower and brewery next door. Would definitely come again!!! Big love.

10/10 experience!I cannot recommend this rafting experience enough. It was the absolute highlight of our trip.The whole experience was amazing. We were a little nervous, but the staff and our instructor were so calm and taught us everything we needed to know. We felt well-prepped before heading into the river. I felt safe which sounds crazy as you’ll go down rapids and waterfalls but if you listen to the advice from your instructor and do everything they say, you’ll have a ball! Even if you fall out of the boat! A great experience! I recommend this to absolute beginners like us and also those who are a little scared, to do it anyway, it was super safe, you go down the river with about three other boats, and you’ll laugh and get soaked. It’s the best!!!!

Family voted that this was the best experience of the NZ Trip, thanks Jasper, learning all the crews names. Something I had always wanted to do, but didn't think I'd do it. Paying for and receiving the photos at the end was so quick, reasonably priced and the quality of them is great, definitely will be doing white water rafting again.
