Family Adventures

That probably was the best adventure I’ve ever had with the family so far. Simon was amazing driver & water rafter. Such a talented guy! Claudia was super friendly & a very competent guide. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get an unforgettable joyful family adventure :)

Simon and Mark were very friendly and their upbeat attitude made the whole experience very fun and enjoyable. We learnt a lot about the history of the area and saw many scenic views. The rafting route was really fun and there was also a water plunge we could do. Overall, it was pretty zesty. I highly recommend this experience.

Amazing trip! The river is stunning, rafting was so much fun, we got to jump in and float down the river too. I was nervous about the drive out but it was awesome with vast views and our driver Simon made us really safe. Our guide Holly was amazing. She was so much fun, had loads of stories and information about the history, as well as being epic in the boat. Such a great trip! Thank you for a fun day!

The whole trip is amazing! Simon and Mark are super funny and friendly. They introduced us some history of the gold miners. Thanks to them, my first water rafting experience went smoothly.

What a fabulous day we have had with you, guys! It was almost a private tour: us two and another couple with a child. Even though my husband did grade 4 and 5 rafting earlier in his life and I never had rafting experience until today, we both equally and throughly enjoyed the day. Thank you , Martin, for your professional and skilful guidance, great sense of humour and making the day one the most memorable moments of our visit down here in Queenstown. Thank you, Claudia, for talking through the history of the region. The rock-jump (my husband) and a swim were exhilarating.Being a smaller company makes the experience much more personal. Great day out for a family of 4 first time rafters. Claudia, Mark, Simon and the team are terrific. They made it a fun filled day for us. The rafting is grade 1 and 2 so it’s perfect for younger kids (we had a seven-year-old). Mainly gentle water with a few rapids to give the kids a good sense of adventure. We did the jet boat combination which worked out well.Weather was good, some good one liners from the team, great rafting experience and safety was paramount at all times. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend activity for families to participate together. The drive out to Skippers Canyon can be quite daunting on the narrow road, but our driver Holly made us feel safe throughout. Enjoy the scenery outside. Mark was hilarious and made the trip fun and entertaining. The highlight has got to be the river jump, which my 4 year old did too. Enjoy the rafting and let the guides take the photos for a small fee

We had a great time today joining the Family Adventures Rafting and Sightseeing trip!Simon our tour guide, the driver and the raft steerer was awesome! The owner Mark and the other raft steerer Holy made us feel really welcoming. What a wonderful experience for us, a family of 4. A cold freezing day but we were well looked after. All the gears and equipments were sufficient to keep us safe and warm. Love it and strongly recommend this to any family with young children.
