Quinovic as a whole is awful, but this location specifically more so. They no longer operate in this building.

Not responsive at all. Went to the office and they took down my details for a place i want to rent out. Never got a call even after 1 week.

Wow what a great agent Karen Leckner is. She always goes above and beyond to help and assist. Not because it was required, but because she cares about the wellbeing and interests of the renter as well as the rentee. Can't recommend her more highly.

Rob Bennett arranged a commercial lease for us. Was great to deal with from start to finish. He kept us informed and genuinely had our best interests at heart. I will use Harcourts Whanganui again!

Property Management at its best. Ania has been very considerte, flexible and easy to deal with through out my tenancy. Her efficient communication and friendly yet professional approach is what would make me choose lloyd and Richardson over and over again. Cannot fault these guys...!!!

I have used Aaron as a property manager for several years now. I cannot fault the service given. His knowledge of the law and his willingness to go up and beyond for his clients is exceptional and first class. These guys are great.

Jen is a very approachable agent. She was fast and reliant in issues at the property we are currently renting. She does her best on liaising between the owner and us (tenants). She goes over and beyond to help us, especially that we are moving into a new place from a different city. The negotiation in terms of signing the documents is very simple which makes the moving easier. I think we have made the good decision to go with Birds Nest Property Management and pick one of their house/s.

NZPS and their staff- Peter Rawling have been easy to deal with in terms of property management. I have never met them or seen them in person as I live in a different part of NZ. They have good knowledge and communicate vey well with their clients.

Pru and Michelle have managed my property for a number of years. They have done a fantastic job. They have guided me over and around a huge number of hurdles and I cannot thank them enough. They have ensured my property has been well looked after particularly when I have been overseas. They have always organised good reliable tradespeople when necessary and always made themselves available for numerous meetings after the earthquake. They are very friendly/reliable whilst still being professional and have kept me up to date month in month out. It is difficult to find good genuine people in our present climate and these girls are diamonds which I highly recommend.
