I retained Dante from Propertyscouts back in 2017 to manage my NZ home after I moved to Australia. I have to admit, I pulled his name off the internet, and was a bit nervous about using a Property Manager after my own experiences as a Tenant with that 'Q' company, and the general reputation that Property Managers have in the Market.I have to say that Propertyscouts wildly exceeded my expectations as property managers. Dante and his team been great to deal with. They're fair, professional, easy to work with and have taken great care of my biggest asset. If you're looking for a good ethical property manager, you can't go far wrong with these guys.Background - Propertyscouts managed my 3br townhouse for 3 years. Includes three changes of tenants, some minor maintenance work during the period, guided me through a range of changes in legislative requirements, and supported the sale process when it was time to sell up.

I have found Propertyscouts amazing for my house in Whitby. Dante was excellent to work with and made everything so easy. This is my first rental property and it was great to have him help me through the process with no problems at all. The house has also been rented much faster than I thought given its coming into winter. Thanks heaps for doing a great job!

These guys are fantastic and provide such a lovely, trouble-free and very responsive service that I would highly recommend them to manage any properties you have.I used to manage my own properties, and since giving these guys a go, I have never looked back.I do truely believe that they are doing a better job of looking after my investment than I was doing myself, and more than make up for any additional costs by the excellent service and overall management of the entire investment.

By far the best property management company I have experienced in my 7 years renting. Dante is wonderful - extremely professional, and easy to contact if there are any issues with the apartment (which are fixed quickly and by trusted professionals).
