Phil is my go to expert on everything investment related. I have not made a single investment decision without consulting Phil’s specialist advice and time has only proven that it’s wise to get Phil’s opinion on every occasion. He is genuinely passionate about investing, particularly property investment. He has comprehensive up-to-date knowledge about the Wellington property market in his role as a Pukeko Property Manager and because he simply enjoys reading/hearing/talking about anything property related! Phil has been great to work with, I was quite apprehensive about renting out a property as a first time landlord but Phil has taken all the stress away, handling anything that comes up with the tenants and communicating and coordinating really well.
