Don’t recommend buying from them at all.Employee constantly gave me dates on which my purchase that I bought ( a king single bed) will arrive when it never did. Said I will get my bed on the first week of may, however nothing and they gave me no update, I visited the store to get an update and they told me the bed arrived at their store and will be delivered the next day, again nothing. I then called again three days later and they told me the bed will arrive at their store on the following Friday and then delivered on Saturday which means they lied to me, the employee said he will call me in 2 hours time to try work something out but never did. So I will be getting a refund. I just don’t trust them at all !! very unreliable, better to buy from somewhere else!!

Very good service and quick. I Will continue to take service from them.

Didn't get back to me regarding a $4000 sofa purchase.I was in store for 40 mins while they sodded around , the sales guy said don't worry Sir I will call back later today , obviously he didn't and I went elsewhere with my money

Fantastic service from the staff plus we were introduced to Mr McKimm, one of the owners of Big Save, who amped up our experience by several notches, ensuring our delivery was prompt, we had exactly what we wanted ASAP and very personalised service. Big Save has always been a genuine player in the industry and the integrity of the management is solid. Our new bed is ridiculously comfortable and feels luxurious as! Mr McKimm explained the high quantity and quality of the wool content within the mattress and where the wool is sourced from (the company's own sheep farm) and we really appreciate how passionate and committed to this project Big Save is. Our table and chairs are exactly what we wanted so we intend to add more pieces to match it, in due course. Thanks for your superb service :-)

Excellent place if you are looking for furnitures and beddings. Great quality items, price is reasonable too. The staff were accommodating when we went here, thumbs up them! Customer service is good, they answered our enquiries very knowledgeably. You have to check this place out!

Needed a dining room table “today” tried several furniture shops, deliver in 2 weeks. Big Save Manukau made it happen today great service. Needed a bed so brought that as well. Best deal in town delivered next day. Supposed to deliver to door but helpful guys took it up to level five, great service.

Happy with the purchase of a bed - told it would take 10 - 12 days to arrive in store and was there in 7. But unhappy about all the personal information they want from you, so just be aware. They already have your name, address, phone and email address and your are told you will need photo ID. All fair enough but when you go to pick up your purchase they want to put not only your drivers licence number but also your number plate number into their computer system to sit there forever. I had proof of my address and photo ID but still wanted to store the numbers. Naturally I refused point blank. Not a reflection on the staff I was told it was company policy!!

Update: have changed to 5 stars as I have now received my order and I'm happy with it. Thank you to the guy I spoke to today, he sorted it out asap and made sure it got delivered.Purchased a trundler with mattress as it says online that it is in stock. Also says online that someone will contact you to arrange delivery. I hadto contact them because I didn't hear from them for over a week. It has now almost been a month and I have still notreceived it or been told when it will be delivered. Would only recommend buying if your not really needing your purchase till weeks later. Workers are friendly over the phone but if I knew it was going to take this long without even knowing when I will receive it (as the person I spoke to on the phone said she will do the best she can) then I would have bought elsewhere.
