Called in to get some paint matched and the guy behind the counter was so rude and just was not interested in helping me. All he said was nope can't do" and then I had to prod him for more information which I finally got. As a client I was left to feel that my business was not wanted at all.Update 2nd feb: Finally got a staff member who was proactive and gave some sound advice on my project."

When the staff here are having a bad day don't think that the short 1 answer answers are OK when the customer is asking for a bit of preparation advice before applying your product. Pack of Les Miserables.

Excellent service excellent range of products and we reasonably and I didn't have to fight to get my trade discount which I found quite refreshing
