Excuse me? Did I even mention I needed or I am entitled to Free internet? I 'asked' if it can be extended that to for a couple of days, there's a difference. I have duly paid for all the months of internet service which you can check, and since you asked yes I did receive free rent for the extended couple of days. It's a shame you can't take a negative review. Why don't you respond to the review below also, and exactly why you are getting the one-star.

Doing ‘dodgy’ deals with apartments so that the only wired connection you can get is through them. Charging through the roof for slow speeds (sorry, ‘fibre like’ speeds) and making an absolute killing from their cheap line they order for the apartments. Every access point is set to full power creating crazy interference for the entire building & any neighbours.Very unprofessional support and service - just looking at the reviews on here is enough to see that.If your apartment has these guys, go for a 4g/5G alternative if you can, you’ll be saving a fair bit and getting a much more reliable connection in most cases…
