Very long wait although I was booked in for 2pm. Loved the nails but took over 2 hours for a simple soak off and reapply.

The wonderful ladies at Queenie's have been doing my nails for years. Fantastic service and always friendly and helpful. My nails last about a month no chips and get lots of comments about how lovely they look. I have recommended them to several friends who are all regular customers now. Responsible prices. Book an appointment so you will not be disappointed.

It's was a tidy little place, staff were friendly and treatment was caring. However, the lady next to me had not the most healthiest looking toe nails. And it was only after the person finished with the detailing tool, I realised that it was same one they had used on her toes that looked as if they had a bad condition of fungus infection. The foot spas also only get drained and refilled for the next person. So who knows how many feet have been in that tub without being sanitized. Hope one doesn't get a foot or toe issue from unsanitary tools.

I would 100% recommend this place! Great service. Chatty and friendly staff. I got acrylic manicure and pedicure and they did a superb job of my nails. Ive been getting them done for years so know the standard and they did a wonderful job. 10/10.

Really substandard practice - mainly because they were thoroughly overbooked. The technicians were jumping between clients trying to get them finished and the woman next to me was becoming frustrated at being left for nearly 20 minutes mid-manicure whilst they quickly did another woman’s nails. We had an appointment for 12 and I wasn’t seated for 30 minutes whilst my niece sat with her feet in a foot bath until the water had gone cold. The manicure was rushed and subpar with nail varnish stuck to the skin around my nails. No oil was placed at the end so they look dry and unfinished. They don’t have proper drying facilities, just lamps with regular light bulbs. I feel they would really benefit from reducing the number of appointments so they can focus on doing a good job. Also, the salon desperately needs a makeover!! Dirty equipment and stuff left lying all over the place.

Something needs to change here with the booking system. Made an appointment for a certain time and wasn’t seen till a whole hour later. I understand it’s Xmas and it’s busy but this has got to change. Get a system on a laptop or have a receptionist that can book appointments and times properly. However nails do always come out nice.

This was a very painful experience!! I am used to my acrylic nails being removed by soaking them off but at this appointment they actually just pried them off my nail by using a nail extension tip and running it between the acrylic and my natural nail and then 'popping' the acrylic off. It hurt!!! I was so shocked at the time that i didnt say anything but by the time i got home later on that evening, my nails were throbbing. Worst experience i have ever had!! I emailed them to let them know but i didnt even get a response back - such a shame, because my previous appointment was awesome (i would have recommended them to anyone). Now though, i will be warning everyone instead!!!!
