What's the deal with having to come in to book a drivers license test in person??? Now that's 2 trips to AA, one to book and one to do the test. What a waste time!

Phoned them to make a booking, the lady took my plate number and had the model confirmed. When visiting the centre one employee took my car to the workshop and the manager (?) groaned we don't do that brand!". Couldn't you tell me over the phone? No apologies from the woman at the front desk neither...What a waste of time."

First time visit this AA center, a totally bad experience, would never go again. While came in, they reminded me wearing a mask and they didn’t provide spare one, asked me to get one from another shop. Then I did, other shop were very nice even I was not their customer. After a long way back, I just stayed in Q 5s, they said they cannot provide insurance claims service, gave me a card, recommended me call the number. Very funny, aa center can’t provide aa service which they have? Most shops can provide spare mask just in case customers forget while a mask is too expensive for them!

I renewed my driver's licence here a few weeks ago, I was served by Rhiaan I think her name was. She was excellent, great service! So quick and easy, will recommend this place to anyone.
