Pepper Tree Nursery

I cant say if they're better in person but the phone manner from the woman i spoke with was pretty terrible.I called to ask about what options that they may have for more mature grown shrubs and hedging to land scape my property and i got a blunt response stating they didnt have anything like that. Granted im new to this sort of project and explained this to them, that i didnt have an exact height in mind and did they have anything close to what i was wanting, i was given a couple of smaller plant possibilities but at this point it seemed that she really just wanted to get me off the phone. When i refered to what their website said - they claim that if they dont stock what you need they can potentially source it from elsewhere and please contact them to enquire - i got a very short blunt 'yeah we can but it'll cost alot.'Well as a potential customer i was willing to spend a decent amount for this project, but i wont be using pepper tree nursery now.Guess they're not strapped for cash if they're willing to loose customers like this.Pepper tree, a little professionalism, willingness to help and friendliness, even if its just over the phone, goes long way - work on that.
