Excellent van hire company. We hired the 12 seater van. Easy pick up with friendly service. The van was great to drive, spacious and clean. Fit our whanau of 11 easy. Plus heaps of room in the back for a double pram, chilly bin and everyone's bags. Great sound system and air con. Return was easy and no fuss too. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend!

Staff, super helpful. Car a little older than you would get with the more national rentals, but drove really well and super comfy. Price excellent value for money and no extras for additional driver or late drop off. Would highly recommend, couldn’t have been more happy with the service we received.

Prices are moderate but the car we got was a 2nd hand Japanese import with noisy suspension that told of 100000 more km than what was shown on the odometer. With faded headlights making nighttime driving challenging. And whilst the radio had been replaced, reception on FM was awful. Compared to other rentals in other places, I’d have to say you really get what you pay for: a low price = a basic no frills old car.

Super bad customer service from Justine the branch manager. Rude and cheeky.After hiring a truck, the website asked me to “please advise” the branch re a lift tail, I did so leaving three answer phone messages on one day, three days before the hire. None were returned. On the day of hire they didn’t have the right truck, and therefore I had to leave some of the load behind. Why have a phone number if you don’t answer it or respond to answer phone messages?
