If you are coming to buy a product from us we are happy to help, but if you are coming to replace based on warranty we are not ready to help.Went to change a MagSafe Apple Original product with 9 month’s warranty left.Called Apple and they replaced cover. Don’t buy any Apple accessories from spark. Please order it online directly.May be spark not giving training how to behave customers when they are raising a complaint or when they are coming with some issue.If you guys are seeing this I would like to notify customer have right to get promised warranty replacement from store. If it 12 months it’s 12 months not 3 months or 1 months. They ware saying it’s been more than a monthPlease refer attached photo of consumer court orders below

Have had problems with spark in the past. Will be changing phone companies now as I had an awful experience in this particular store and it drove me over the edge. I was super excited when I found out they had the phone I wanted in stock as I had been saving up for ages (was hard around uni). The person dealing with me kept pressuring me and made me feel really bad for not buying all this extra stuff. He was continuously trying to sell different products and yes I know companies do that, I’ve worked in retail before, but I’ve NEVER experienced it to this extent or been asked this many times and felt this pressured, it brought me to tears after I left. I would ask questions and he avoided answering them and just kept talking the product up saying “It’s a really good deal” and “works out cheaper”. I felt embarrassed to keep saying no as I didn’t have the money, and no matter how many times I said no he kept pushing different things and making snarky comments to me. He got rude and would only look at the computer screen (not sure what he was even looking at), kept ignoring me and seemed uninterested which made me feel really awkward and uncomfortable. Doesn’t even deserve a one star rating but I have to put one and the other staff seemed nice :)

The store was busy when i went in, however as soon as a staff member was free he came to serve. He had really product knowledge and provided me with the best option to suit my needs.

Charlie is amazing! She went above and beyond for my partner and I and was so helpful! The second we walked into the shop she made us feel completely comfortable and kept us laughing and smiling the whole time we were there!

Aman. Would not deal with her again. Couldn't get my kiwi property gift cards to work when buying my new phone.. Need to train your staff how to use that sort of stuff. Only got the phone as you guys had stock.

Would never go to this store went to collect my sons phone due to there I’d selection I didn’t have passport on me they refused my bank letter what I went to bank and other documents. I also have an Australia driver license what they refused. This is disgusting service. Not helpful just plain arrogant.
