We have used Peter Jackson Plumbing to carry out several jobs for us... and have found them to be very professional. There team are always friendly, helpful and skilled. Wait times to get them are quite reasonable and they manage to keep to whatever timeframes they state. We have been very happy with the results of the work carried out and have been very prompt in answering any queries regarding the tank installation job they completed for us. We would willingly ask them to complete work for us again.

This company provided me top service yesterday - both in terms of lovely communication when booking, but also when updating the attendance timeline, and then the on-site tradesman's approach, his manner, that he not only resolved the matter quickly, but showed me why the problem existed and showed me the simple fix on the faulty tap fixture for my future reference.The timeline was very short from initial call to job completion - providing me minimum inconvenience.Very much appreciated team - and I'd highly recommend your services.

Oh really good. Came in, saw my toilet cistern was broken and told me (I couldn't see it as internal fitting had broken). Told him to go get a new one which he promptly did. Installed, and promptly rode off into the sunset. Oh ok, he didn't ride off into the sunset. But he did leave the place spotless. And I like that with tradesmen. On a scale of ten I rate him as ten.

I was very impressed with service received from my initial phone call, being kept informed, same day service, email confirmation etc to prompt repair of my 2 plumbing issues and observation of a problem which may occur further down track.Happy to use again and recommend to others. Thank you.

I emailed Peter Jackson Plumbing to come out to my property to view a problem and to give me a quote on a drainage issue i had. I initially emailed on 10/3/23. I then had not heard anything so i emailed again on 21/3/23 (11 days after Peter Jackson Plumbing initially came out to my property) to find when i could expect a quote for this work. Their reply was on the same day (21st) and saying my job is currently under draft and they are in the process of estimate now. Another 12 days went by which took us to 3/4/23 and i had an email saying that `due to their current workload and quote list, Peter Jackson Plumbing declined on giving me a quote and asked me to go somewhere else’. They attached in another email their work to come out on the 10th March 2023.I have two major points to this.1. On their website Peter Jackson Plumbing states FREE drainage quotes. However it does state on their terms and conditions which basically states , the investigatory time to ascertain the issue is chargeable. So very misleading and an outright dishonest statement.2. And most importantly for me. If i had been told they were too busy, initially on 10/3/23, i would have gone somewhere else and not wasted my time and paid this insult of an invoice. WHY OH WHY did they come out if they can`t even give me a quote.On reading other reviews on this company, there seems to be a trend with other customers with similar situations.I will never be using this company again. We called Peter Jackson Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for a burst water pipe. They were promoted in answering the phone, very friendly, clear on the costs , turned up in the time frame given, and carried out the repair. Peter Jackson Plumbing installed out new hot water cylinder and new bathroom Taps in two different days, both times the plumbers were friendly, professional and just got on with the job.
