Went in to look at a phone. Very friendly team in the Tauranga branch. Chose the one I wanted. New phone, cheap contract with more than I need all set up within half an hour. My 2nd phone with these guys and never had an issue when dealing with them

Received excellent service from a guy here on 30/01/18 (guy with the earring). He was fast, friendly, and very professional and really left me with a great impression of 2degrees. Instore wifi at good speeds is also a nice touch.

I've recently signed up with 2 degrees, very very disappointed. I've tried calling someone at 2 degrees multiple times a day without success. I'm thinking all I can do stop paying the bill. I was promised $598 trade in for my old phone. I've spent hours and hours of my time trying to sort it out. On the phone and in person in the 2 degrees shops. My imei is finally registered, the amount offered has dropped to $566. Still can't process tho
