Nice selection of pastry's, and the coffee's great, but the staff are what make this gas station worth going to.Helpful, kind, and tend to go the extra mile just to get you where you need to go.Give whoever does the hiring here a medal, they're awesome :)

In-store made drink had blue Rubber in it. We got a refund! Pay attention to what u r making guys. I Don't think the service is very good, customer was in the store and asked for cash out. She had been given the wrong amount and both staff memebers told the girl she was wrong in what she had said. Not very friendly. Long time to make the drink and staff member was on the phone the whole time while dealing with the complaint. Staff memeber said she wpuld sort it but doesnt seem to interested in us at all

Just had the most unfriendly customer service. Also petrol was all over my hand from the pump and the hand sanitiser for infection control was empty when I tried to clean my hands.

It's a great place for graveyard (10pm to 6am) shift workers for coffee, pies and drinks although at night you can't go inside like Gull Omahu or BP Stortford. Their fuel is very expensive, and I strongly recommend people get the app Gasby to avoid overpriced fuel.That said if you have Share Tank on your phone it can be useful as a base since Hastings fuel prices are cheaper than the national average.
