Momento Photo Books New Zealand

My first photo book project was dedicated to the memory of my late husband - very significant for me. A friend recommended Momento. The software is easy to use. You download it, so your project is on your computer, under your control. I have my first result, and it is everything I hoped for and more. The quality is first rate, the colours amazing. I had to ring Jackie to thank her for enabling me to create a lasting fitting memorial to my dear husband. I am thrilled with it.

I recently used Momento for the first time to create my own wedding album. I had 600 photos to fit in and wanted something really special. Jacky who is the customer service person based in Wellington provided excellent professional and friendly support and was always available to speak to. She was guiding me through the process of creating and ordering the 6 albums. I felt in great hands and trusted the process. When I received the albums in the mail and open them for the first time, it was VERY special. The quality is AMAZING, the colours of the photos, the paper, the fabric on the outside, just divine. I am absolutely happy with them and decided to now create a photo album every year using momento. HIGHLY recommend to any one who appreciates great quality and outstanding customer service.

I just received my first photo book that I ever did and I am over the moon with the results. Although the photos that I used were not of great quality (photos of old photos), I was a little bit worried about that. However, now that I see the book, it totally exceeds my expectations. I think that the handy tool, warning you not to make your photos any larger, was a huge help.Once I got myself acquainted, I found your software easy to use, and I progressed to finding it a lot of fun. So much so, that I did a second book of a different subject. Lots of ideas now, and I plan to do quite a few more.I also like to thank your staff member Jackie, based in New Zealand. I needed her help for a technical issue, as I subscribed under the Australian site, rather than the New Zealand site. She was so very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother. We then discussed a few other things that I was wondering about and I received some great advise. I felt really good and confident after talking to her and it made a huge difference for me, to have that help and experience at hand if I ever needed it again.Overall, I am totally impressed with the end result and the high quality of the book. I love it and I am sure that the recipient will love it too! The book arrived on time, very well packed and I am just a very happy customer!

Thank you for the beautiful Photobook I received last week. I love the linen cover with embossed name on the front and the Lay-flat Lustre paper was an excellent choice. In particular I want to thank Jackie Lentell (NZ office) for her wonderful customer service. As this was my first time putting together a photobook I phoned the office on several occasions to get some guidance. Jackie was always warm and engaging and willing to spend the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend Momento and Jackie. My photobook was to commemorate my little dog who died earlier in the year. The book is of very high quality and will be treasured forever. Kind regards, Christine

I recently completed a photo book for my dads 70th birthday. To say I was blown away with the final product would be an understatement! My book is absolutely stunning and I can’tbelieve how beautiful it has turned out. The quality of the cover and the pages is amazing and even old photos look great in the book.It was the first time I was using Momento and found it straight forward to use. The tutorial videos are great too! When I wanted to double check a few things I rang the NZ office and Jackie was super friendly and helpful providing advice and support over the phone.Definitely recommend and I’ll definitely use them again.

I have produced about 10 + momento books over the past 15 years.Earlier this year, I tried a competitive photo book software. I cannot begin to compare them as like for like. The quality of the Momento books, the incredible depth of function of the momento software and its ease of use and the responsive of the Momento team mean I will never choose to go elsewhere again.It was so easy to use that I have just I created 4 different photo books this week on the Momento platform in 4 days.I am very glad to be using Momento!Thank you Jackie as always for your responsive/immediate help to any questions I have.Christina
