Coffee was good, food I didn't buy but looked okay. Customer service was absolute rubbish. Rude and dismissive... never again, what an absolute waste of my money. What a horrible way to start someone's day by making their morning cup of coffee bitter because of miserable attitude and poor customer service. Just the worst.

I should have check its review before I visited this place. If I knew it has its own rules for VIP club card, I would not come, plus, their own rules were hidden under the reception table and only show you upside down(see my photo). To be specific, this one must see the plastic physical VIP card.If you cannot honer Coffee Club's VIP card rules, do not franchise Coffee Club.Starbucks rules are universal, I never saw any individual Starbucks are different other Starbucks.Many people mentioned the manager is rude and English. I don't mind as English is my second language too, but hidden Terms&Conditions is not my second personality. However been in this country for many years (you opened your own business), it is time to accept and learn English, it will make your life have less difficulties.So many people posted the male manager's photos and mentioned he is rude. I am not surprised. It is NOT a language issue, it is an attitude issue.

Assume it's the owner because there is no-way an employee would have a job after how rude he was and reading the feedback. Unfriendly, rude, patronizing, condescending are all words that come to mind.. I ordered a quick takeaway coffee, just after they opened. I made the mistake of pointing to the size and before I could get the words out 'regular' he abruptly cut me off and said he can't see and I shouldn't point to it because he'll get the order wrong and have to rekey it insinuating that it's my fault. Owners like this just damage the franchise brand, I was on fence about getting a coffee from here, will likely avoid all coffee clubs if this is the type of owner the franchiser allows to represent their brand.

Friendly and fast service.Yummy caramel cheesecake take away. Abit on the smaller sizing for my liking, but it was very rich and sweet.

My partner & I went there 2:30 ish today for just coffee. Unlikely staff was not welcoming at all and some of them were not wearing masks albeit not mandatory. We grabbed large cappuccino & long black. Although coffee is all about personal taste, their coffee was terrible. My cappuccino didn’t have enough steamed milk foam on top, and wasn’t hot enough. It seemed like they just poured warm milk onto espresso shot which I hardly tasted. My partner’s large long black was even worse. It was too sour. He is truly coffeeholic but threw it away after several sips. Maybe coffee bean wasn’t fresh or bad roasting or didn’t brew coffee long enough... they should fix it.

came here for breakfast, it was just after 10am, ordered our food, and waited over 30 minutes before our food arrived. recieved pancakes that were only half cooked and still gooey in the middle. took them back and comlained, about 1 minute later was given a replacement of even more undercooked pancakes. never coming here again.

This was an outstanding experience, the flavours and care taken to present and combine everything together. Service was friendly and quick considering the christmas rush. 9 out of 10 for food and creativity inc its taste. Highly recommended !!
