I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the library staff Alex, your support and assistance to moms and babies at the library has been amazing. Your unwavering presence and silent aid during our times of need have made a tremendous difference in our experiences.Your approach with the babies is truly heartwarming and adorable. The way you engage with them demonstrates not only your care and kindness but also your excellent manners. Your interactions with the little ones create an atmosphere of comfort and joy within the library, making it a truly welcoming space for families.I will always remember today when my friend’s baby fell and you quickly came to our rescue, offering an ice bag to soothe his discomfort. Your prompt action and thoughtfulness were remarkable, and it meant a great deal to us. It is people like you who make our community stronger and more supportive.Thank you once again for your selfless dedication to ensuring a positive experience for moms and babies at the library. Many thanks to JP David Cooper for helping us complete the notarization and signature of my sons' name change. He was very patient and kind. Besides, there were a lot of people waiting, but they remained efficient and orderly, which was in sharp contrast to the bad experience of JP in a North Shore court we went to at noon.

Staff were so kind! This Japanese lady went out of her way to help me with the printing process, and directed me to the Justice Of the Peace in the building where i can to get the papers signed. Another staff member, a white lady with colourful clothing, helped update my old library card and give me a new one. Both of them were well mannered and so sweet despite my confusion and need for help :)

Wow this is a nice library, near the seaside and Takapuna town centre. The library had free Internet and a great selection of magazines, books and newspapers. I enjoyed reading the Sunday star and magazines. The interior of the building is fun and lots of space. A few free local brochures, new papers and magazines there too. Great place.

incredible and spacious library with amazing views. sooo much studying space upstairs, most with easy access to charging ports. all the desks have more than enough space when you want to get your laptop and a textbook or exercise book out at once.

The Best library on the shore. The location is next to the beach. The biggest self study area. The biggest children area. The lapsit for children other than English speaking one, they even arrange the Japanese and Spanish.

Great place to work and read. Helpful and friendly staff.
