Sad to see all these negative reviews. I have been using ARAMEX a few times a week for years and have always had great service and no transport issues with my customers. A couple times collection for items was a day late, but this is tolerable considering the terrific prices. Great job!

I can't believe this company still manages to stay in business. I don't think they ever managed to deliver a parcel without there being a problem. Currently they claim they can't find my house. It's front row at the street. Visible when you drive by, visible from google maps or google street view. What is it you guys do for a living? No other courier service or NZ post ever had any trouble finding my address/house.

I thought I had to give positive feedback when deserved.Same issues with the overseas call centre not providing any useful information. No way for you to contact depot or anyone in NZ??Visited Wellington depot where Phoenix served me. Good old fashion customer service. Found solved and dealt with. The sooner than can get their customers to be able to deal with the good people in the company the sooner they will turn the comments around.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Without a doubt the worst courier company in NZ. Will not respond to queries - important parcel has been in transit" between Wellington and Auckland for almost a month. Still unresolved. A word of warning to any companies wanting to use Aramex as their courier - don't. It's not worth losing customers."

Literally have had my parcel sitting in a van for 6 days at their depot. have emailed rung and have been assured it will delivered that day and sure enough it's still sitting there. Has to be the worst courier service in Wellington . I had things from China and the U.S arrive bit I'm still waiting on my package from Auckland. Do you actually read these reviews and intend on getting better? By the looks of the 1 star reviews I'd say not

Terrible experience from Aramex. I ordered a monitor from a local tech shop and from the time of pick up it took just over 2 weeks to get to us. Our organisation is in Wellington CDB and it took 2 1/2 weeks to travel about 5 kms. I rang Aramex customer services a number of times enquiring the whereabouts of our parcel. Whilst they where very apologetic and kind. It didn't seem to make our parcel arrive any quicker. It was very frustrating.

Package cleared customs over 2 weeks ago. A week later the package status was changed to delivered" by a person in Auckland (I live in Wellington). The Wellington call centre confirmed the package was not delivered

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but Aramex are simply terrible. I'd encourage all online sellers to reconsider Aramex as their choice of courier company. I've had parcels from Nelson to Wellington take 2 weeks to get delivered with Aramex, while a parcel from Christchurch on another courier company gets delivered overnight.Last week I ordered 2x boxes of plants from a couple of sellers on TradeMe, both shipped by Aramex. Yesterday they were at the Wellington depot, and then marked as damaged. I tried to call Aramex, but unfortunately you go through to an overseas call centre, and I could barely understand the person on the other end of the line. And after collecting all of the details, they told me exactly what I already knew, which was that the packages were reported damaged. If I could have spoken to someone at the actual depot, I could have suggested that the packages were just delivered anyway. Given that they're plants, I'm sure they'll be fine. When I suggested this to the call centre, they told me to go back to the sender, and hung up on me.I'm going to start asking online retailers which courier company they use, and if it's Aramex/Fastway, I'll shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Aramex are so bad. I shop online and always put a note.. Courier please leave at the house NOT in the mailbox. My mailbox is not secure and I'm waiting on the landlord to replace it as people take my mail. So I get home from work and my parcels are in the mailbox.I ring Aramex and the lady asks me for a tracking number. I say I don't have one I just want to speak to someone about your deliveries. She says there is nobody available and I have to go on the website. I ask to hold but she says no I can't. And asks me again for a tracking number. I say I have a complaint I'd like to speak to someone about your deliveries. She tells me there is nobody I can speak with. So here I am making a public complaint.Nz Post and NZ Couriers are fantastic about dropping parcels at the house and not in the mailbox.... It seems your couriers can't read. Or maybe just lazy. From now on I will not be ordering from anyone who uses Aramex to deliver.

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Aramex's courier services in New Zealand. In fact, I would go so far as to say that they are one of the worst courier companies I have ever dealt with. The delays in shipping were just the beginning - I also had to deal with poor communication and incompetent drivers. It was a frustrating experience all around. To be honest, I really hope that NZ Post buys Aramex out. That's how bad my experience was. I don't think I've ever been so dissatisfied with a company's services before. The delays and lack of communication were bad enough, but it was the incompetence of the drivers that really got to me.If you want your package delayed, lost, or damaged, use Aramex. It was a real headache dealing with them, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.Overall, I think Aramex has a lot of work to do to improve their services in New Zealand. The issues I faced were unacceptable, and it's clear that they need to do better. I hope that other customers have had better experiences than I did, but based on my own experience, I would say it's best to steer clear of Aramex.
