After 4 days waiting to hear back from Novus I contacted them to be told they were still trying to locate a rear quarter glass.They could not however tell me what they were in fact doing to achieve this (if anything), asI had managed to source 2 on day 1 less that 10kms from their TeRapa branch.AMI commercial uses: Smith & Smith, Novus and Instant Windscreens.When re contacting AMI and explaining the incompetence they suggested HAMILTON WINDSCREENS - and happily canceled Novus.HAMILTON WINDSCREENS located and booked in a fitting within an hour!!The male staff member at Novus I spoke with via phone should not have been put into a role of customer service when clearly his education level is lacking along with mumbling and seemingly spitting (or similar) into the phone when trying to excuse the ineptitude with continuous contradictions.Thankfully there are other options ... I'll definitely be spreading the word throughout the commercial fleets.

Excellent and friendly service from this team. We are out-of-towners who got caught out with a big chip in our windscreen on the expressway. We dropped in here and they repaired it for us in 30 minutes, despite being fully booked out and short staffed.We waited on comfy couches in reception, and the girl working in the office was lovely to us.Big thanks to these guys!

Amazing experience! Car got broken into and window smashed...they stayed open for us late on a Saturday and did a great temporary fix and cleaned our car...thank you so much to Shannon...a wonderful human!

These people certainly do know how to look after their customers. Top servce all round, and I can recommend them to anyone. My problem was a chip on my motorhome screen. The admin ladies were very helpful and the job was completed in about 25 minutes. What a team!
