The owner and staff are so helpful. The owner himself took the time out of his busy schedule to customise our current door. Usually big warehouses dont do this. What stood out for me was that he sent his staff to my home to pick up the door and take it back to warehouse and sort it out for me. Amazing service.

Yuan is a really nice guy, very professional and went out of his way for us, as I found a window on trademe that I wanted and at the time we were broken down in Paihia, I think I enquired over the phone with Yuan when we were in whangarei and Yuan was amazing going out of his way to meet us even with it being Easter friday and the workshop being closed. The window is just the perfect size and in good condition. Yuan even tried to clean it a little for us. Thanks so much Yuan, we now know where you are and will be in touch if we need anymore windows. Also very reasonably priced.

these guys were great to deal with and went the extra mile for me on a smaller-than-standard window, sourcing some stays that they dont usually use to make it possible, so really pleased with the can-do attitude.
