I have been troubled by noise for over a year. I lodged complaints at the end of last year by calling the city council's noise complaint hotline, dialing 111 for emergency services, and contacting the apartment through email and phone. However, the problem was never resolved. The police told me to contact the apartment management, but the management refused to take responsibility and asked me to solve it myself. It's really irresponsible and inexplicable. I heard that other residents on the same floor have moved to their friends' homes because of this.502 Apartments constantly generate noise, and it lasts for long periods of time. The noise resembles floor impacts and loud music from speakers. I can hear it clearly in the corridors on the 4th and 6th floors, and even outside the stairwell door on the 7th floor. I have provided feedback on multiple occasions, but no one seems to resolve the issue. The only solution seems to be calling the complaint hotline of the noise control department whenever the noise occurs and having them come and fine the problematic apartment. It's a group of incompetent people.

Urine drug test required before you are approved a unit. $400 a week for 1 bedroom unit which is furnished and includes power. Watch your clothes had a jacket stolen from communal washing machine. Boarded over bath. Carpark at front of units, watch for runaway kids. My issue was that staff let themselves into my unit without notice on at least three occasions. I assume to look around and make sure I wasn't doing drugs or wrecking the place. This mainly annoyed me because I usually have my space totally tidy before guests" come in. Electricians were also let in to install a heat pump for hours without even letting me know. After returning from dropping my two small kids at daycare I arrived back to find three men in my "home". Was here for a month and while I am greatful and think the manager is a genuine kind lady

I am a tenant here in Liverpool Street Auckland City Central. We follow the rules to the best of our abilities and truly just staying under the radar. Is there a reason why use are withholding funds that we were supposed to be redirected back. I've been really nice and patient for past 4 weeks

Its about the multiple deaths that have happened here since I have moved in. Its like you dont care so long as you get your money. I understand why you dont care, Its because you still get paid regardless of what happens to us.
