McDonald's Wellsford
Didn't have full options of food and drinks due to machines not working. Couldn't even get a coffee. The tables were dirty and bins overflowing, graffiti around the place and taps in bathroom broken. As a food court environment, some of this is beyond the direct control of McDonald's, but what used to be a staple stop off point is sadly no more. On the positive side, even though he was under the pump, the guy serving at the counter was great.

One of the rubbish customer service I had. When I went to front counter, girl who was working there said they don’t have the coffee and same time another girl who was making coffee in mac cafe. When she finished with customer I went to her and asked her why front counter told me their coffee machine not working she said sorry we was cleaning the machine. I told her you are preparing coffee in front of me and served to customer as well. When I asked her can I speak to manager? she said I am the manager and manager name was (smitha)Is it racism or what not to serve coffee to one person and same time serving to other??

Stopped to grab a coffee on two occasions while driving north then south due to SH1 being closed (29 January and 2nd February). Underwhelming experience because it was quiet yet overstaffed, the dining area was messy and unkempt. Teenage staff seemed bored and lacked direction. When I ordered coffee other staff wandered over to see how it was done but seemed oblivious to a customer being present. In the end the flat white was okay.

The food was.. well it was maccas, the staff member working the counter was brilliant! Greeted everyone happily, was super kind and wished everyone a good day. He made the experience enjoyable. Thanks Dave (I think that's what his name was)

Selling burnt meat burgers. I asked them to remake the burger however the stuff member said no sorry you had more than one bite. The stuff members is really rude
