Very clean and comfortable for 1 night stay.Only minus was that unit was not ready when we arrived. We had been asked time of arrival soThought it would be okay. Not a major drawback but would have been if we had small childrenTravelling with us.

It's very clean. Some reviews reckon it needs some upgrades but I'm was there just for bike trails & good clean place to lay my head and it's central to all bike pathways. Price is great paid 120 a night including shower toilet. Beds are medium firm & pillows mixed of medium to soft which is awesome. They kitchen no stove tho. But every else is there including microwave.I recommend this to anyone going outdoors bike,hike etc ... that needs a decent place to sleep.I will book here again in near future.

From the time we arrived at 12pm ,the management were wonderful. We booked a Studio and family unit for the night. Cheaper than anything else around and perfect,comfortable and warm for our Whanau. Nothing flash, but we loved it there. Definitely booked in if we pass through Paeroa again.

Cute, clean room, comfy bed, checked in after 10pm. No fuss service. It was just right for a Pit stop rest between towns. Thank you

Good location and friendly staff. Way too many cockroaches though. The insect spray left for us in our room wasn't really enough. Poor lighting exacerbated by a blown lightbulb.

I got an awesome experience!!First impressions of this Motel is really cute and good service mind so I told them I will be right back.Then I forgot my AirPods at the motel and called back to them Finally she found it!! And send courier to me in Auckland.Lovely staff and brilliant serviceSee you soon!!!
