2 star review here for the audacity of the customer service I was given. So went in to get my watch a new battery. He broke the pin after I had been waiting awhile and then charged me for it, so I left it with them for a couple days to get it fixed and payed for it. I got my partner to go pick it up for me because I was out at sea and then they tried to charge her again for it

Jason did a wonderful job with the battered orthopedic shoes I brought in. I didn't think he could fix them, heavily scuffed leather and the soles were totally worn off and the build up soles were worn at the tip.Jason build it all up and I'm sure he spray painted the heavy scuffs to make them disappear.It's a shame I didn't make before photos, but they are like new now!

Absolutely brilliant - he went above and beyond the call of duty replacing my remote car key. 10 out of 10 for service, efficiency and friendliness. Much MUCH better than the Nelson city branch.

Went completely out of their way to help me out with a spare key for my new scooter. We had a few challenges getting a spare working for me. This involved multiple trips in and out between their kiosk and my scooter. At no point was this a problem even though they had other customers and jobs to be attending to as well. 10/10 service and it will be my pleasure to recommend them to everybody I can. Thanks guys.

Fantastic team at Mister Minit Richmond. Made great recommendations for my house keys (different colours for different doors - simple but the best idea) Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a time when my keys would be ready and they were waiting for me when I came back. Would recommend them first time every time!
