North Shore Floor Sanding were the dream team to sand our old floors and make them beautiful again. Their quote was provided quickly and a great price, the work was undertaken when, where and how they said. The floors look amazing and are praised by every person who enters the house. We contemplated doing the job ourselves but after seeing what's involved will now call these guys without hesitation every time on every renovation.

We have recently had our hardwood floors sanded and finished by Peter and his team. They did a brilliant job and were professional throughout the entire process. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and would not hesitate to do so again.

Dave is very unprofessional. His communication with his team is very poor to the point they turn up not knowing the scale or quality of the work required. This lack in communication results in untimely work or for the team to walk out on the job altogether. Dave is very willing to right clients off without letting them know reasoning. This can go to the point he will email clients at the onset of the job to let them know he is cancelling the job which is commonly proceeded by complete neglect of the client, an unwillingness to discuss or talk on the phone, followed by blocking of the clients phone numbers. Overall Dave and his teams professional status should be reviewed in anyones decision to use them for their floors.

I would like to highly recommend Peter and Christine Evans from North Shore Floor Sanding to others looking to utilise their services. We arranged for Peter to resurface our floors while we were away on holiday, he is highly trustworthy and we have been delighted with his work, our property was left relatively dust free which is amazing considering the house had extensive flooring works completed.

We had our Rimu floors sanded and polished end of 2020 - great communication and great result! They were delayed one day to the COVID (which was nothing!) and kept us in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend :)
