Atrium On Ulster
we had a double bedroom and another bedroom. Ideally place was booked for a family. The rooms were nice size and the beds were okay. For a four people accommodation the apartment only had one small hard couch to sit on. Its was so uncomfortable that we sat on the floor instead. What a disaster. We could hear water dripping outside the room as well. I really wont recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and tidy rooms. Very accommodating...our booked family room had water and air conditioning issues therefore were changed to two individual rooms next door to each other at no extra cost to us. We would recommend this place and return here again. Thank you for being understanding and supportive.

Surprised us how modern this place was. Tidy, clean, reasonable price. The proprietor went out his way to let us checkin early even though it was a last minute booking.

Booked online easy.Checked in a week later, got the key and was just left to our own devices.Easy parking right outside room, found it safe, comfortable and quiet.Would definitely go back.Sky TV, 50g wifi vouchers.

Room was tidy. Handy location and carpark. Receptionist, who was not friendly, advised it would take 15' to set up a portable cot and that only their staff can do it ! On top, an additional charge of $25 and 4 staff members to set it up. Very disappointing on that note.

After a long night at the hospital and getting discharged at noon, the owner let us check in early and get some much needed sleep. Walked into a VERY clean room, ordered Uber Eats and went to sleep in a quiet, air conditioned bedroom. Well apportioned and well kept up. Thanks for the great experience.

If you book a room here, make sure they don't put you in any of the rooms on the right hand side - they sit next to housing with tenants are extemely noisy and aggressive, all night long.

Clean tidy fresh nice sized room. Good location, nice kitchenette. Bed is a bit soft but the linen is fresh and crisp. Good pillows. Sky TV (no Netflix/Disney). Shower clean and good water pressure, heat lights in bathroom, nice when it is cold. 50gb wifi which was enough for us, internet is slower than in Auckland. Only negative was that the curtains and blinds did not block out all the light. Would stay here again.

Absolutely loved staying here, my partner and I enjoyed our time so much ❤ LOVED the spa ❤ couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely be back.
