Exceptional staff with a top notch friendly attitude. Great array of products, with a bit of everything. Trucks, cars, planes, military vehicles, tanks, remote control, paints, and tools are all here, and in abundance. Not the absolute cheapest, but the service well makes up for it.

Really wonderful experience at this place, made an online/ phone order and everything went great! Would really recommend this shop, even for people outside of the 09!

Loved this shop,plenty of kits to purchase and very well layed out,only gripe is it is too far away from me and they were also affected by the lack of delivery of some products,not their fault

Nice gentleman/staff on my Sunday afternoon 1st ever visit to the Modelair store!I did have trouble finding the store as its tucked underneath the main shops - in perhaps a smaller store/foot print than in the Goggle photo, so a bit misleading there... Perhaps a Sandwich" advertising board with an arrow on it pointing towards the store could be an idea!!??.None the less a smaller but well stocked model store ( I've got around a few very recently...)Mostly Aeroplanes & Air Force/Military seems to be their specialty

Haven't really bought anything from here. Walked in once with my comp. Was very disappointed in the lack of Holden Commodore models. They did however have a Nissan GTR model I quite liked. Upon further inspection I was told that this was a toy model store and not a car dealership. I was outraged.

Got my first ever kit from modelair must have been 25 years ago, been back today with my son and got sidetracked with all tje different kits but we settled on 2 to start with. Will definitely be back

Was pleased to find a Nimrod on display. This place has a wide variety of Surgical style models of varying modes of transportation and models of different types, as well as paints and model building supplies. They also do vouchers, great for a gift when you are unsure what to buy.
