Warehouse Stationery Eastgate

They managed to hire sour miserable employees that have the 'paid by the hour' mentality. No enjoyment to serve customers faster on other days. Went in there today at 4:59pm and told they had already closed. I needed 1 item that I could see and would've taken 30s to grab. Suprised this store is still running with this attitude and prices... irked me enough times to finally post a review about this store

There was this girl called Lary, she was exceptional in customer care skills and lovely smile to customers 10/10.

Lovely family atmosphere, staff work together, quite skilled. Sometimes have to wait a bit as quite popular

Great service this morning by a lovely young lady when i dropped in to get a passport photo. I had to pop back to pick up my photos as they were in the print queue. When i called back an hour later the young lass saw me enter the store and by the time i reached the counter she had my purchase ready ( i was even wearing a mask ) Very switched on young lady. Many thanks great service

Excellent friendly service from Dawn and another lady whose name I didn't catch. Rather than having to get my whole 13 -copy print job re-done after I made a mistake, I was able to pay a small amount to have a single corrected page inserted by hand into each spiral bound copy.No drama!

Whilst this store is definitely understaffed for the demand it has, the staff handle it with such composure and kindness. I was served by Sam and he was lovely and compassionate when I'd been waiting for a while (due to a long line of printing customers). I would love to see at least one staff member assigned to the sales and printing counters at all times to make sure there's less wait, but I work in retail as well and know that staffing is a hard issue to fix at times.

Went in to buy a new phone today and was served by an amazing employee in the warehouse stationary section. Richard made sure that I was attended to almost immediately after walking in the doors,and provided excellent insight on the phone I was purchasing. Amazing employee.

Called to have some identification type photos printed for visa. Staff member Gabby was most helpful, and we received an excellent photo from the shop. Thank you so much

I have already placed a review on the Warehouse Eastgate. I should have placed it on the Warehouse Stationary Eastgate. Checked that an item was in stock online. Yes it was travelled across Christchurch to find none on the shelves. However it did appear that some had been placed in a cupboard next to the tills. However this had been requested by Warehouse Stationary management and so could not be released to me. This is pretty shoddy and poor practice. I was not happy at all as you would expect. Worse to come I got home and expected the items to no longer be in stock. Yet 1 hour after I left they were still showing in stock. Would Warehouse Stationary managment like to explain?

Came into store last week, was served by a gentleman called Richard who was very knowledgeable about products in store. Richard is definitely an asset to this store, he was very helpful and his customer service was above and beyond.
