Wonderful service from service plus in ChCh , from front desk to Rueben the engineer who fixed my computer. I was kept up to date at allpoints by txt. I highly recommend them.

Took my iPhone 11 in because it wasn’t reading SIM cards. They charged $50 to put their own SIM card in and tell me they can’t get replacement parts in for it. I’m quite sure they could have told me that without charging the $50. Said the phone was a write off and quoted me for a new one. Dropped it off somewhere else on the way home picked it up the next day working perfectly for $75. Felt like I got scammed at service plus

Good service.Maybe quite a bit expensive (400$) to replace a laptop keyboard.It took 2 months to do so (mostly due to the supplier.Park there is a nightmare.

Absolutely disgusted with there service we had a Lenovo brought from noel leemings my daughter plugged in her charger which was fine 2hrs later she removes her charge cord (typical operation to charge device) once she removed her cord lenovo Chromebook would not turn on (when she plugged it in the light said it was charging but again she went to turn it on and there was nothing no power at allSo we took it back to noel leemings as it is STILL UNDER MANUFACTURES WARRANTYAND THEY sent it to these people

Got my MacBook fixed here, it needed a whole logic board replaced. I found Service Plus to be great with communication and you can track your job the whole way online. Everything was explained well, and friendly service too. I highly recommend! P.s. sorry the photos aren't great, all the good stuff happens behind the door to the workshop!

Took my MacBook into Service Plus with an issue, turned out I needed a new logic board. The staff were friendly and said it wouldn't be looked at until the next week as they were busy and ended up with my device back working within 1 week! The job was even covered for warranty and completely free! Easy to check updates with regular text/emails, super efficient team!

My iPad wouldn't charge and they charged me $50 for just plugging a charger in and not doing any repairs. Sounds like a scam to me. I'm lucky that my iPad was under warranty, it would've cost me so much more if it wasn't under warranty.

I brought my MacBook Pro to be looked at as it was having a power issue. I was running 10 minutes late for my appt and Gary was very gracious about it. However I was a bit disappointed that there was no attempt to troubleshoot or a discussion on possibilities of issues and what they might cost/involve. It was not Gary’s fault as he said he is just a receptionist. They do not have service technicians look at things same day without a exorbitant “expedited” fee close to $200NZD. Instead they would only offer to check it in for repair for a several day wait. I also asked if there was anyone in the city who would look at it same day, they said not likely. I went to Nutron next and they looked at it immediately free of charge to give me an idea of what my issues might be and the possible costs/timelines before offering to check it in. Much better experience at Nutron frankly.

This will have been the second time I have used Service Plus and it has been fantastic. It was always going to be a challenge when my partners phone failed to charge but the phone was picked up the same day and repair completed the next day. Lots of communication, very clear instructions and great value.
