For a little taste of France.... try the yummies here.....you won't be disappointed. I've been coming here for years & on the whole, the consistency is pretty good.

Proper French goodies. I’m a mille feuille fan, and this patisserie makes an authentic one. All the goods that I’ve tried (many) have been executed with taste and good technique. You can count on a fresh product as they sell out almost everyday.

Excellent variety of delightful cabinet food at very reasonable prices. My chicken filo was bursting with nice chicken and only cost $5.00. Good strong coffee. French atmosphere with French flair. Very popular, sometimes seating is limited.

I just had the worst pie I've ever eaten. I ordered a mince & cheese pie to takeaway that was microwaved! It was VERY soggy and flat, yet the outside was a burnt brown colour. Completely lacking a substantial filling the result was disgraceful. I'm unsure if this is the norm in France but it NZ this is shameful.

This place is normally fantastic and I am a regular here. However my Ficelle this morning was made with rock hard stale bread, very disappointed. Would also love to see this place install a pie warmer instead of microwaving their pies.

Was so exited when I found this French cafe, while the displays and pastries look nice they do not quite live up to expectations. I also had a croissant and was very disappointed, the baguette were also weird and not the traditional taste. Bring French I was expecting it to taste a bit like home, the look was there but the taste didn’t follow. Hot choc wasn’t that great either. I even googled the place to see if it was owned by a kiwi or other as it’s hard to believe a French pastry chef would be satisfied with the quality :( waitress were nice.

The food was so delicious, exactly what you'd expect French bakery goods to taste like. 12pm and the little Cafe was bustling, so a popular place for the locals it would seem! Highly recommend popping in for a tasty treat, you won't regret it!
