Contacted Alf Downs the electrical problems in a rental house when my usual electrician was away. They were not needed as the tenants had overloaded a circuit so all was good after they unplugged a few appliances. However, Alf Downs were willing to sort out the problem, but we're unable to do so until after the weekend and we're eventually not required.
