Very difficult to contact by phone. I range numerous times throughout the day and got a recorded message saying that I called outside business hours. I called mid week from 9am onwards. I eventually managed to get through after many hours and calling different numbers.I feel this just isn't good enough in this day and age.All I wanted was a balance on what I still owed. Perhaps you need to relook at who switches the phone lines over in order to maintain a professional presence.

Collection House Limited has charged my card over five times when I tried to repay my debt online, completely draining my account. When I tried to call them regarding a refund, they were extremely unhelpful despite having effectively stolen ALL the money in my bank account. They then ignored all my emails and phone calls. Ridiculously bad customer service, I would not recommend to any business or individual at all.

Constantly calling and emailing me asking me to provide them my details to continually phone call, finally gave in and they are chasing debt from a car accident i was no where near at the time from 3 years earlier, explained the situation to 4 different people there and get told ill look into it, then called or emailed again days later with the exact same request and no knowledge of the the last phone call ive had with them. Don't work with each other obviously, and now bordering harassment
