On Monday 3rd of July, I dropped my BMW in for WOF. On collecting the car 2 hours latter, my new phone holder was gone.So I asked had fallen off ?I was told no and that the car was always locked, which was, and that should of taken any valuables out.Nobody here knows nothing about it.I'm a qualified mechanic, and I am also suspect in the long list of failures reported. Which could be correct, as I havn't investigated yet. They did seem anxious to let them do the work though. I will ring them in a couple of days to see if it has appeared , and if so will change this review

Not the best customer service. They do W.O.F's Tuesday to Sunday. I went in on a Friday and was told the guy who does them was away and to come back on Saturday at 9am. I was there at 9am as I had an appointment in the city at 10. Mechanic was 15 minutes late with no apology. I asked how long it would take as I was in a hurry. Was told 30 minutes. Another customer arrived just before my check was completed. He stopped work on my car to look at theirs. I reminded him that I was in a hurry, that he was late and pointed out that the other customer could wait her turn! I did get an apology after that!

Vey bad Experience.I called this place on Sunday morning to to ask if they can do WOF. The person received the call assured me that I can walk in and they can do the WOF. When I went there in a hour after my call, they informed me the WOF guy is on leave for a month and they can not do it and started telling me that the call sometimes goes to another shop when they confirmed the number is theirs which I called.

They will fail your WOF purposefully and force you to get a repair from them. Stay away at any cost.Very intimidating people especially if the customer is a woman.

Was advised by another mechanic that the puncture repair could have been better (was not a mushroom cap patch). The fix also created a wheel balance issue which affected the car driving at high speeds. I had to go to get it fixed by another garage.Cost of repair was equivalent to others, and the service was definitely quick, and they were helpful despite having the above issue.
