Have had multiple dealings with Mode technology. Could not fault them. Excellent customer service! Fast response time. Appear to go over and above really. Little bit disappointing to see some 1 star reviews. For anyone reading these reviews I think you would beable to work out that given the low 1 star ratings coming in all around the same time would be fake and a sabotage attempt.

Have had amazing service from Brett and Leslie. They informed us on all aspects of setting up and receiving our new printer and made the process very seamless. Really like the new machine we have and is more than capable of covering all our printing needs.

The team at Mode Technology were able to provide my training business with a new copier and display screens. The service I received was top-notch and delivered in both a friendly and professional manner. Myles gave great advice about suitable products and was able to offer us a very good price. As a Maori business ourselves, it was awesome to able to deal with another Maori business that demonstrated a strong cultural understanding, and therefore a service that was appropriate to our needs. I was at first sceptical about changing print suppliers after having a very long relationship with our existing provider. However, after all these years I felt they had got complacent and felt it was time to give someone else an opportunity. Mode Technology have recently taken over the management and supply of our printer solutions and I am extremely happy with the seamless transition. Their customer service and the way they make you feel like an important customer is very refreshing. The equipment we received has been fantastic and was noticeably superior than what we had been using. I would not hesitate in recommending Mode Technology.
